These are independent study courses that you do at your own pace, in your own time on-line.
Course Description:
In order to graduate from the Institute of Fair Management you are required to complete three on-line courses offered by the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency. These are self-paced courses and include security questions and periodic questions to monitor your progress. Each features a final exam which you must pass to satisfaction in order to receive a certificate. Your US Social Security Number will be used as an identifier. If you are a non-US citizen you should contact Lori Hart at the IAFE office to go through procedures to be granted access to the courses. These courses are at no cost to you and each will require 1-3 hours of your time (Per course) It is recommended that you set aside the time to do all three courses in and progress in order (100, 200, 700) as subsequent courses build upon knowledge from previous.
This course MUST be completed by September, 30, prior to the scheduled graduation at the IAFE Annual Convention.
